Full details
What's included, in depth
Starter — full details
Voice capabilities
Answering inbound calls, identifying why the customer is calling, answering approved questions, and collecting contact and inquiry details.
Asking approved qualification questions, offering available appointment times when supported scheduling access is configured, creating a post-call summary, and transferring or escalating eligible calls to a human.
Voice quality and transfer options depend on your existing phone system; compatibility is confirmed before Launch.
Text capabilities
Responding to inbound SMS, continuing qualification by text, and sending missed-call text responses.
Sending approved appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages — and stopping follow-up as soon as the customer replies, books, opts out, or reaches another defined outcome.
Scheduling
One calendar or booking workflow. Availability checks when supported, and direct appointment creation when the connected platform permits it — with human-assisted booking as the fallback when direct creation isn't available.
Compatibility is confirmed before Launch. Some scheduling or customer-management platforms may require a particular account plan, API feature, permission level, or provider approval.
Supported systems
One supported business-system connection. Examples currently under compatibility review include Vagaro, Square Appointments, Acuity Scheduling, GlossGenius, Printavo, Toast, Square for Restaurants, Bloomerang, and Neon CRM.
Available actions vary by platform. WorkLift verifies the exact connection and supported workflow before Launch. If no compatible system is available, WorkLift can maintain a simple, organized lead and conversation record in its own secure system. Any third-party software fees or required account upgrades are reviewed with you before Launch.
Qualification & routing
One standard inquiry workflow with approved qualifying questions, basic fit classification, and inquiry summaries. One primary destination or team, standard urgency and low-confidence escalation, and one standard follow-up sequence.
Usage guidance
Designed for approximately 300 customer interactions per month, with a normal single-location mix of calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries.
No automatic overage charges and no unexplained service interruption. WorkLift monitors usage and contacts you before any plan adjustment is needed.
Training
One remote training session with a full team walkthrough, an explanation of escalation and handoff, and instructions for reviewing activity and outcomes — plus a written quick-start guide or recorded session to keep.
Support
Business-hours email support at support@worklift.co, with an initial response target of one business day, plus monitoring for failed workflows and service-impacting errors and standard configuration corrections.
The response target is for acknowledgement — not a guarantee of resolving outages on third-party systems outside WorkLift's control.
Visibility & reporting
A secure activity history covering conversation summaries, information collected, call and message outcomes, appointments requested or booked, follow-ups sent, human escalations, and any failed or incomplete actions — plus a monthly operating summary.
Growth — full details
Everything in Starter
Growth includes the full Starter voice, text, scheduling, and human-control capabilities described at left, applied across a larger footprint.
Channels & systems
Up to two WorkLift-managed phone numbers, up to two monitored email inboxes, multiple website forms, and up to two calendars or booking workflows.
Social messaging integrations (Facebook Messenger, Instagram) are planned for a future release.
Up to two supported business-system connections. Available actions vary by platform and are verified before Launch; any third-party software fees or required upgrades are reviewed with you first.
Routing & escalation
Routing by location, department, service, or inquiry type, across up to three routing paths or departments — with different rules for new prospects versus existing customers, and customized escalation triggers.
Usage guidance
Designed for approximately 750 customer interactions per month across the included locations and channels.
No automatic surprise overage charges and no service change without prior communication. WorkLift reviews sustained higher usage with you before recommending any plan change.
Training
Two remote training sessions, covering the same team walkthrough and escalation handoff as Starter, sized for a larger or multi-location team.
Support
Priority business-hours support at support@worklift.co, with an initial response target of four business hours for service-impacting issues, faster routing than Starter, and scheduled optimization reviews during your first 90 days.
Support is business-hours, not 24/7.
Reporting
Inquiry volume by channel, median response time, after-hours inquiries, qualified opportunities, appointment requests and bookings, follow-ups sent, human escalations, and unresolved or failed actions.
Plus common customer questions and monthly improvement recommendations.
FAQ
Common questions
What does the WorkLift Launch fee cover?
Workflow setup, business-rule configuration, supported system connections, testing, team training, and go-live support.
When does the monthly subscription begin?
Once Front Desk is live and handling real conversations for your business — at the end of your Launch.
Can WorkLift use my current phone number?
In most cases, WorkLift provisions a dedicated number for Front Desk to manage. Depending on your existing phone system, number porting or call forwarding may also be possible — this is confirmed during your compatibility review before Launch.
What if my current software isn't listed?
The systems listed on this page are examples, not a complete list. If your platform isn't shown, WorkLift reviews it during the compatibility check before Launch to confirm what's possible. If a direct connection isn't available, WorkLift can maintain a simple, organized lead and conversation record in its own secure system.
Are third-party software fees included?
No. Any third-party software fees or required account upgrades are reviewed with you before Launch, so there are no surprises.
What happens if I exceed the normal usage range?
WorkLift monitors usage and reaches out before any plan adjustment is needed. There are no automatic overage charges and no unexplained service interruptions.
What actions require human approval?
Refunds, payment commitments, contractual commitments, policy exceptions, sensitive complaints, threats or emergencies, low-confidence decisions, and anything outside your approved business rules are routed to a person on your team — not handled automatically.
Can WorkLift take payments or issue refunds?
No. Payments, refunds, and any financial commitment are always routed to a human on your team for approval.
How long does Launch usually take?
Your Launch timeline is confirmed after the compatibility and workflow review.
Is Enterprise available today?
